  • 1cup Gruyere Grated
  • 1cup Swiss Grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4cups of a dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon Kirsch Liquer
  • Dash of Nutmeg

Mix the Swiss and Gruyere cheeses after grating them along with the all purpose flour. Put the wine in a pan and slowly bring up to a simmer, do not allow the wine to boil. As the wine is simmering slowly start to mix in the cheese little by little. Once the cheese has all been added and is melted add in the liqueur and a little dash of freshly ground nutmeg. Once all of the ingredients have been combined and mixed thoroughly transfer the content to a warm fondue pot and keep at a temperature that is consistent to your preference.
