Rolling Procedure for Egg Roll & Lumpia

Procedure:

1. Position the Lumpia wrapper diagonally.
2. Place the 3 slices of banana’s in about 1 or 1 ½ inch on the wrapper.
3. Roll it once or twice until it riches the two pointed sides of the wrapper.
4. Fold the two pointed sides of the wrapper.
5.After you folding the two sides, wet your fingers with water and wipe it in the triangular unfolded section of the lumpia wrapper.

Note:
Water will make the wrapper become sticky making it well attached when roll,and it also help to stay the rolls in tucked and will not open when fry.

6. After wiping it with water, roll the wrapper until it is totally closed.

Now the Banana Lumpia is ready for the fryer to be turned into a golden brown delicious snack or dessert.
