America's Next Top Model - CW Network Television

Lots of people are very fascinated with fashion, photography, and modeling, especially woman and girls. Many young women grow up aspiring to look like the models they see in magazines, fashion shows, and television.  America's Next Top model  the tv show gives them the opportunity to compete for a prize of becoming a professional model.  Many of them learn a lot in the process of the show and you can too by watching what they do and wear you can improve your own looks and way you carry yourself through the day.  If you want more ideas of these things, this is a show that you will love.

America’s Next Top Model one of the reality TV shows in the US, which, a number of women from different countries compete to become the America’s next top model and will be given a chance to be part of the modeling industry, including fashion shoost and cover shoots in several different fashion magazines. The first cycle of this show was premiered in United Paramount Network (UPN) last 2003, and the seventh cycle of the show was the first show in the UPN’s successor network which is the CW television network.

America’s Next Top Model is usually composed of 10-14 contestants, each week they have a specific activity, either a photo shoot, modeling, acting, commercial and etc. and at the end of the week they will meet with the judges for the announcement of who did not perform the best to identify which contestant will be eliminated and who will go back to the hotel, to pack their belongings and go back home. There is also a winner of the round and each week there is a different sponsor for the activity and there is a prize for the winner.  And usually when there will be 5-6 contestants left, they will schedule to have their international trip and continue the competition there.  They travel to exotic locations and have photo shoots and our pushed to their limits doing shots on the cold beach or in other uncomfortable settings, with world renowned photographers and magazine people.

The show is hosted and created by Tyra Banks (American model, occasional singer, businesswoman, actress and media personality) and was also the executive producer and head judge of the show. Other current judges includes Andre Leon Talley (former American editor at large for Vogue magazines), Nigel Barker (English author, fashion photographer, filmmaker, spokesperson, and a former model of English and Sri Lankan descent. Previous judges also includes Twiggy (English model,actress and singer) Janice Doreen Dickisinson (American model, fashion photographer, actress, agent and author) also includes Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek (a Czechoslovakian model and an actress), Nole Marin ( a fashion stylist) J. Alexander( runaway coach, Model, television personality), Kimora Lee Simmons(American fashion model, former president and Creative Director for Phat Fashions and an author) and includes Jay Manuel(Canadian Make-up artist, fashion model and photographer).
